• R-Line trim gets you 1.4L Turbo 4cyl with a 6spd Manual trans, the sport trimmed GLI style interior, bolstered “V-Tex” perforated leatherette seats, a flat bottomed steering wheel, and the XDS active front differential for less understeer and more consistent handling characteristics when pushed hard. • Very well modified, by professional speed shop, not a DIY job.
• The Unitronic tuning and high-flow down pipe done by GoodSpeed Performance in Scottsdale. With Scottsdale ProTech and AZ Euros in Mesa doing the bulk of the other work.
• With the UniTronic tune (Stage 2 91 octane) and supporting mods it makes approx. 185hp/260tq. The tune does a great job of increasing power, and most importantly low end torque and responsiveness without sacrificing economy, getting us 38mpg on a pair of 80+mph highway runs to PHX and back.
• We had a full inspection done by a local specialty shop (Eden Motorsprt Customs) for a clean bill of health.
• We did a new clutch, as well as oil change and transmission gear oil while we were in there.
26020 2020 Jetta R-Line mods
• Unitronic Tuning 91 octane stage 2 tune with 3” downpipe and high flow cat. (+31hp/+72tq). Done at a performance shop here in AZ. New power with tune, intake, and exhaust approx. 185hp/260tq, up from stock approx. 145hp/180tq. Total gain approx. 40hp/80tq.
o Can purchase tune license and acquire VIN locked uniconnect+ tuning cable once there is a new owner. Since both the tune and the cable is VIN and Owner locked (email locked specific login to unitronic’s tune library)
